Our top priority is to protect the health and well-being of our customers, vendors, employees, and their families. We will continue to monitor the impacts of COVID-19 and take necessary steps to ensure that we prevent further infection. We are carefully adhering to CDC and OSHA guidelines in our locations and we encourage you to do the same. Pillar remains vigilant with our preventative measures and are taking all appropriate precautions to ensure the health and safety of all parties.

We require all technicians to be equipped with the following personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering homes or businesses for peace of mind and prevention:

  • gloves
  • shoe covers

We are aware of the recent Executive Orders and directives in the following locations where Pillar Resources operates: States of Colorado, Texas and Washington State: stay home, stay healthy. After careful consideration, there are no plans to close any of our work locations at this time. We have closely reviewed the classifications under each respective order and have determined that Pillar Resources operates as an Essential Workforce – Public Safety/First Responder/Public Works business and Continuity of Building Functions/Emergency Repairs/Safety & Sanitation Functions, namely, under the Emergency Services and Other Community-Based Essential Functions sectors.

Our operations staff is taking precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment while working within social distancing guidelines. Pillar Technicians will continue to provide services that are critical to each states’ infrastructure.

Since the outbreak earlier this year, we have been actively monitoring our supply chain for any possible material shortages or interruptions related to COVID-19. Thus far, we have not experienced any disruptions impacting our ability to maintain our supply. In any event of material shortage, we will strive to connect with customers if we anticipate a disruption may affect our ability to deliver.

While fulfilling customer needs is at the forefront of our contingency planning in the midst of COVID-19, it’s important to note that the welfare of our employees and customers is paramount.
